a. Use of Student Information
As an employer on BECOME, you have access to student profiles, resumes, and video responses. You agree to use this information solely for recruitment purposes, such as evaluating potential candidates for employment or internship opportunities.

You may not share, distribute, sell, or use student information for any purpose other than hiring or recruitment without the explicit consent of the user.
You must comply with applicable data privacy laws when handling personal information.
You are prohibited from using BECOME to contact students for unrelated purposes, such as marketing or personal solicitation.
b. Job Postings and Conduct
All job postings and communications with students through BECOME must be honest, professional, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You agree to provide accurate job descriptions and ensure that all opportunities posted on BECOME are legitimate.
You may not post misleading or fraudulent job offers or engage in any conduct that could harm students or BECOME’s reputation.
c. Non-Discrimination Policy
You agree not to discriminate in hiring practices based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. Employers using BECOME must abide by all relevant non-discrimination and equal opportunity employment laws.

4. Privacy and Data Security
a. Access to Student Data
As an employer, you will have access to the resumes, profiles, and video responses of students. You agree to respect the privacy of users and only access or use their information for the purpose of hiring or recruitment.

b. Data Handling and Protection
You are responsible for protecting the personal data of students that you access through BECOME. Employers must implement appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of student data. BECOME takes reasonable steps to protect student information, but we are not responsible for any breach of data security on the employer’s side.

5. Intellectual Property
BECOME owns all intellectual property rights to the platform, excluding user-generated content such as resumes and video answers. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the BECOME platform without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Activities
Employers are prohibited from engaging in activities that:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
Exploit or misuse the information of BECOME users for purposes other than recruitment.
Harass, threaten, or abuse students or other users on the platform.
Post false or misleading job descriptions or employment opportunities.
Attempt to bypass the platform to solicit candidates outside of BECOME without authorization.
7. Termination of Access
BECOME reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical behavior.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
BECOME is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no guarantees or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. We do not guarantee that you will find suitable candidates for your positions through the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BECOME will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or any interactions with users.
